Bench for the unemployed
The bench for the unemployed was established, since the number of unemployed people was rising from day to day. The bench was equipped with a backgammon board, ashtray, carpet, and a small chest for everything, newspapers, especially "Wanted" sections and more. The benches that were chosen were in a neglected corner with plants growing wild with no municipality interference. Two days after the bench was set everything was taken away and all the plants were trimmed. A new bench was then erected, this time in a smaller version with one padded Bench and another with a backgammon board drawn on it. Shown below is the second version of the bench, with notes thanking the municipality for its help and support in taking apart the "Bench for the unemployed".
